Who is the data controller
The controller of personal data collected through this site is Kacper Baszczyński. You can reach me at baszczkacper@gmail.com for any privacy-related question or request.
What data I collect and why
The contact form asks for your name, e-mail address and the content of your message. Providing it is voluntary, and I use it for exactly one purpose: to reply to your message and carry on the conversation you started.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to me (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the conversation leads towards working together, taking steps prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Where the data goes
The site and the contact form run on Amazon Web Services infrastructure (EU region — Frankfurt). Messages sent through the form are delivered to my e-mail inbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). Both providers act as processors on my behalf.
I do not sell, share or use your data for marketing, and no automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
How long I keep it
Messages are kept for as long as our correspondence stays relevant, then remain in my e-mail archive. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict its processing, object to processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. The interactive demos store their settings (such as language) locally in your browser and send nothing anywhere.
